The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is an independent statutory agency. They implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.

Lifeline are a national charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. They are committed to empowering Australians to be suicide-safe through connection, compassion and hope.

First Step

At First Step, they believe that chronic addiction is generally a long-term, painful adaptation to childhood abuse and neglect, and that timely and effective treatment is a matter of social justice that benefits all of society. We work to keep people connected to their families, participating in society and taking control of their own lives.

Melbourne-based community organisation that delivers homelessness services and life-changing housing supports to disadvantaged Victorians. We want to end homelessness and are passionately committed to creating lasting societal change to help those most in need in our community.

Alfred Health

Alfred Health provide the most comprehensive range of healthcare services in Victoria through our three hospital campuses, a large network of community programs and 16 statewide services.

Access Care

A not-for-profit provider of home care and support managed by Kingston City Council. Supporting people who are older, homeless, have disabilities and/or are carers. They have developed a strong reputation over the past 20 years for supporting people, including those with complex needs.

Maple Plan

A registered NDIS Plan Manager who aims to provide an easy way to manage your NDIS funds. Their goal is to create a simple method for you, the NDIS Participant, to make a claim whether you choose to use a registered or unregistered provider.

Their belief that providing quality services and building genuinely authentic connections vastly improves a participants NDIS journey is the backbone of everything we do and ensures that CoAbility’s future remains bright.

Uniting

They work in solidarity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as Australia’s First Peoples and as the traditional owners and custodians of this land. Celebrating diversity and value the lived experience of people of every faith, ethnicity, age, disability, culture, language, gender identity, sex and sexual orientation.

My Plan Manager

Born in 2014 but the journey started well before that. Our founder Claire Wittwer-Smith is a mother of four with a background in special education and disability policy. While working at the National Disability Insurance Agency. Her vision was to help people with a disability maximise their support through having better choice and control.
